Frequently Asked Questions
No. There is no commitment, we just ask that should you decide to cancel your webcare plan, you do so 2 weeks before the next payment.
To keep costs down we do require all webcare clients be set up on autopay. The monthly fee will be taken directly from your payment of choice. However, if you do not wish to set up AutoPay there is a 6-month pay up front plan available.
Once you sign up you will be given a login to our membership site. On your web care plan page there is a form to submit any work requests. You may also email our special client email address.
We offer hosting through our favorite webhost, Siteground, and if you are eligible for our free hosting plan, this is where we will host your website. You are, however, free to host your website elsewhere, but there are some hosts (such as GoDaddy) that we will not provide support on.
